Drop-Offs by Appointment: To schedule a time to drop off your bike, please follow the steps to book an appointment.

Please No Drop-Ins: We work hard, but love to get out for a ride ourselves. To ensure we're at the shop when you need us, please do book an appointment or contact us in advance. If you drop in, we may not be there.

If the appointments showing in our booking system are not convenient, please contact us for alternatives.

Emergency Repairs: Please contact us directly by phone or email.

Pick-Ups: When your bike is ready for pick-up, we'll contact you. We pride ourselves on our fast, efficient service so expect us to complete your bike in a matter of days. That said, at drop off, we will assess it and discuss with you how long it will likely take to complete the work; the duration depends on how much work and parts are required.

Cost: We base our fees on our Standard Tune-Up, but every bike is different! We’ll let you know in advance when extra work or parts are needed and how much it will cost.

Payment at Pick-Up: We'll ask you to pay for your service by cash or e-transfer when you pick up your bike.
